You’d think that, in a tough economy, niche places wouldn’t fare well.  Not so at Rice to Riches, where they do one thing and do it well.  So well, in fact, that it’s always crowded.  Fresh flavors like “Sex Drugs and Rocky Road” and “Barely Legal Pecan”; quick, friendly service; and snarky signs with a sense of humor make Rice to Riches a hit with tourists and locals.  See for yourself:
